The company was founded by Johnny Preston Stephens and Co Founders, Kenneth G Jackson and Welton M Wiley Mt. Pleasant Community Development Corporation, Inc. and has been providing affordable housing solutions to the community since 1997, catering to the needs of low to moderate-income individuals, providing rental counseling, HUD-certified housing counseling, credit counseling, budgeting services, mortgage delinquency/foreclosure prevention services, food-pantry, VITA services, and first-time homeowners workshops.
